In the Video Search Developer Center , AOL offers two new webservice-applications to integrate the AOL video search into different pages. The videosearch-database contains of millions of videos worldwide. The company hope to encourage developers to build video search-driven applications.
There are two API´s available: One REST-API and one AJAX-API. The REST-API brings the results of the videosearch in XML-Styles to the specified website. The AJAX alows Java-Script-Applications to access the videosearch. Also it is possible to create RSS-Feeds to link on certain videos.
