Simplomat (Simple Shirt Designer Demo)

Simple, versatile and customizable shirt-designer demo application written in Javascript running based on Spreadshirt API v1.The simplomat is basically a shirt designer and Spreadshirt API v1 abstraction layer for Javascript that allows you to easily create all kinds of customized apparel - in most cases shirts - with text and designs on it. The simplomat uses a PHP proxy that needs to run on your server to communicate with Spreadshirt API v1. It is also integrated with Spreadshirt's marketplace and shop checkout. Through that characteristics you can easily integrate it in your own Web applications and allow your customers to create their own shirts and order it via Spreadshirt.

The demos below show the versatility of the simplomat. It can be used as in general as fully-fledged shirt designer where customers can put designs from Spreadshirt or images from Picasa on a shirt. But it can also be used in very project specific cases such as  to print social network graphs, e.g. a list of twitter followers, or news headlines, e.g. news headlines from CNN, on a shirt.

• News headline on a shirt demo - This demo shows how simple it is to use the Simplomat to display news headlines from CNN on a shirt and allow customers to buy these shirts with Spreadshirt. News headline is printed with high quality flock print on the shirts.
• Social network graph on a shirt demo - This demo shows how simple it is to use the Simplomat to display a Twitter follower list on a shirt and allow customers to buy these shirts with Spreadshirt. The follower image is printed with medium quality digital direct print onn the shirts.
• Create custom shirt with design from Spreadshirt or image from Picasa demo - This demo shows how simple it is to use the Simplomat as fully-fledged shirt-designer. It also shows how simple it is to bring pixel images from different sources, such as images from Picasa, on a shirt and allows customers to buy these shirts. Print type in this demo is medium quality digital direct print.
• You link it, we print it demo - This demo puts the Picasa integration idea to an extreme and just allows to put an arbitrary pixel images (gif, png, jpg) from the Web on a shirt and allow customers to buy these shirts with Spreadshirt. Print type in this demo is digital direct print as well.
• Marketplace design promotion demo - This demo shows how you can setup custom simplomats to create landing pages and promote your Spreadshirt marketplace designs for example.
• Team shirt demo - This demo shows how you can use the simplomat to create team shirts and thus how to implement mass-customization applications. In this demo you can enter player number, player name and team name and select shirt color and size.
